    You can safely walk in here and know you’ll receive a quality haircut and or hair style service. The stylists are pristine at their jobs and know what they’re doing. I’ve been going here forever and I will continue to.

    I had a 4:15 appointment but was not served until 4:25. This would not be an issue except that my stylist was in the back and when she came out she cleaned her chair first instead of doing this when the last person in her chair was done. There was no acknowledgement that she was late. In fact it was not until she walked up to the front desk and checked that she even knew about the appointment, I am guessing. She was friendly and did a basic trim and it was done ok. At least I was only charged $17 for the trim. I will go back and only use her for very basic cuts no color or layering.

    Super easy to make an appointment online and I was able to schedule a haircut within a couple days. They were ready for me on time and Tanya got me in and out quickly. I don’t have a complicated cut, but she confirmed what I wanted and made suggestions then got to work. I’ll definitely return.

    My 11yo daughter was seen by Chikako (Chi Chi). She wanted some choppy layers framing her face and layers added to the rest of her hair too. She brought a picture and Chikako listened to what she wanted and then explained it back to my daughter to make sure she understood. She also recommended a clarifying treatment since my daughter swims almost everyday. My daughter was SO HAPPY when we walked out. Her haircut and blowout was EXACTLY what she wanted. Chikako made my daughter feel at ease and was so nice! We will be back to see her again!
