- CHColleen HeavnerMay 6, 20265.0ROWAN IS A MAGICIAN!!! I had an experience at a different Hair Cuttery salon on Monday that left me feeling broken down, belittled, and had me in tears. The lead contacted me and set me up with Rowan at the Brunswick location to try to fix my hair. Rowan made me feel seen, heard, and validated my concerns regarding the color of my hair and how I was treated. We did a full color correction that took FIVE HOURS to clean up, and she didn’t bat an eye, or balk at the work ahead of us. She had a positive attitude and confidence the entire way through. This salon overall was welcoming, made me laugh, and more importantly made me feel comfortable. I left with the exact shade and style that I wanted and I could not be happier, especially because it’s my birthday next week! Thank you Rowan, you made me feel pretty again.

I have naturally curly hair so I have a very hard time finding someone who can cut it correctly, especially the first time. I will definitely be going back.
- TSTammy SchubelMay 4, 20262.0The first time I had my hair colored it came out beautifully, but then hair turned a green hue. Next visit they tried chemicals and other colors to correct the green, it did not work. Today I had just a gloss and hair trim and it was $150. I’m not sure I’ll go back.
