The customer service at this location is kinda bad. I’ve dealt with rude, argumentative staff, and one employee even told me, “You need to worry about your skin before you come in here with drama.” Just because I corrected her about a foundation. It made her upset. The other staff got made because I(the customer)taught her how to issue a refund. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. she lucky she didn’t say that outside of Kohl’s

I had a bad experience at a different location and came to the Sephora in Kohls. Frankie was so friendly and super helpful! Took her time and educated me on each product. Thank you Frankie (:

Store is kept neat and the staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, this store has never been stocked properly. Not even with Sephora’s own products. Staff has no control over this so I feel bad for them. The Sephora shops inside Kohl’s are useless if they aren’t going to stock them properly.

There is a brand new Sephora at Kohl’s in Bowie. It is a great location and plenty parking. I had an amazing experience shopping at this new store. Deatra and Hannah were so friendly, they helped me picking out and finding everything that work best for me. I was looking for a body oil and Deatra introduced me to this Morrocanoil Dry Body oil witch you can use after shower and just smells glorious. Than, I decided to buy the gift sets which is a small bag that comes plus three products (Body Polishing Scrub; Morrocanoil Treatment for hair and a Fragrance Mist for Body and Hair). I highly recommend this new Sephora I’m really happy with my new products and I didn’t regret.
