  Please be cautious before reserving a suite at this Salontra location. I paid a $285 nonrefundable reservation fee after being told that my suite would be repaired and ready before I moved in. When I inspected the suite, the walls had holes and bumps, and the furniture and cabinets were scratched, dirty, and very old. I was not expecting everything to be brand-new, but I did expect the suite to be clean and in good condition as promised. Daisy was very nice and helpful, but my experience with the maintenance team was completely different. One maintenance worker named Ray called me and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. The problems were not addressed when I requested repairs. After I found another location, I was told that the suite had finally been fixed, but they still refused to refund my $285. I have videos and pictures showing the condition of the suite when I inspected it. I am sharing my honest experience so others can carefully inspect their suite and make sure all repairs are completed before paying a nonrefundable reservation fee.

  I come to this Salontra every week to get my hair done. Every time I come, I am greeted very kindly by Miss Daisy, the concierge, or her evening counterpart, Mr. Larry. They always remember me and catch up with me. They are both so friendly and professional. Also, the bathrooms are always clean, fully stocked, and smell nice. After a long day at work, it is always nice to be greeted with a smile in a clean and calming salon environment.
