  Make sure if they provide you an item in a box you open the box. I purchased a small $40 perfume. The sales associate took the sample i found and went to find a new one. Little did i know she put the half used sample in the box. That was disappointing when the gift was opened by my wife, more than half empty. I just went back to the store, explained the situation, showed them the transaction email from my CC. Their system couldn’t find the card so they would not provide a new full perfume. So they first stole from me and then couldn’t find the CC I clearly showed i used. Needless to say ill be purchasing a new one , keeping that receipt , returning the half empty one for an exchange.   Had a great experience! I went in to find a new foundation, without a clear idea of what I wanted. Shoutout to associate, Jas, for all her help! She was so helpful and patient in helping me try different foundations, finding matches, generally advising and answering questions I had, and ordering the one I ended up choosing (since they didnt have my shade in store). Very satisfied with my experience here 😊

  Every time I visit this Sephora, I have a bad experience. This is the second time I’ve encountered the same blonde employee with a straight bob haircut who made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She kept following my fiancé and me around the store even after we politely declined help. On our way out, I noticed her rushing and hiding between the cracks to watch us leave, which honestly made us feel like we were being suspected of shoplifting. Shopping should feel welcoming, not monitored. Because of repeated experiences like this, I won’t be returning to this location. And to the blonde lady, learn how to actually do costumer service.

  I came to the store today I didn’t get any help from the lady that I spoke with at the first time till I found ALECIA. She was so very helpful and nice to me Thank you Alecia❤️

  there are some lovely associates but generally customer service is lacking. many times i see associates chatting to each other in a circle and not bother to greet customers or ask if we need help. when i do ask for help, sometimes i get an employee that while not out right rude, is lackign in customer service
