  I loved the place so clean & Nurse Myrna was the best! Was really loving & professional! My daughter is 2 months old & was done so fast! Their earring options are so beautiful as well! 10/10 recommend this place!

  We came with our daughter to get her ears pierced and, in the process, her best friend got her ears pierced and my mother in law got a nose piercing. The Rowan team was exceptional with everyone. Jeremy was patient and thoughtful, and made everyone feel very comfortable. The team explained things well and made it a wonderful experience for the whole family. We will happily return to Rowan for future piercings!

  Myrna was excellent. She eased my daughter's nervousness by explaining every step and giving her a squishy ball to squeeze while she was getting the piercing done. The piercing was quick and easy. Just a pinch. I highly recommend Rowan!

  I liked my piercer and the experience was great. Just want to highlight the checkout process…their tipping suggestions are calculated based on the entire purchase, so it includes the cost of the jewelry plus the service. When I checked out, I selected the suggested 20% tip without thinking even though I clocked that the amount was significantly higher than anticipated. But I left the store ruminating about the transaction. I realized that I basically paid $57 tip for a $70 service ($35 pierce per ear). I don’t think it makes sense for gratuity to be calculated on the cost of the jewelry AND service, rather than the service itself, especially when purchasing more expensive pieces. Imagine if I had paid hundreds of dollars for solid gold pieces and they calculated a 20% tip based on that amount 🤯! I wish this were made clearer at checkout. I reached out to their customer service to express my concerns and request for an adjustment of the tip, which they complied with but still…customer service only explained that tipping is optional and there’s a custom tipping option but often times, customers don’t pay attention to that, especially if they’re busy talking to the employee or they don’t want to hold up the line or transaction. It’s truly a poor tipping structure that affects customers if they’re not paying attention. I think this place needs to do better about that. It’s misleading.
