  Having the nursing staff be able to explain why my previous piercings were not successful in the past was extremely helpful and helped me to be able to get my ears pierced which I thought was not possible!

  Jeremy pierced my two year old and my own ears today. Very fun, professional, and thoroughly explained everything. Wonderful experience.

  My husband brought our toddler to get her nails are pierced and the piercer said she didn’t feel comfortable piercing our daughters ears because of her skin complexion.

  Very poor customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. I called ahead before making a 45-minute drive and was explicitly told I could be accommodated for a post-downsize appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist immediately contradicted that and told me I would need to wait another hour. This was not only inconsistent, but unacceptable given the prior confirmation. When I tried to clarify, the receptionist was argumentative instead of helpful. The nurses were no better equally dismissive and unprofessional. There was no indication of any competent supervision or management on site, and the entire operation felt disorganized. To make matters worse, the service was never completed. A male nurse told me to “wait around” and that they might be able to see me, which is not an acceptable standard of care or communication. I ultimately left without being seen. This experience was a complete waste of time and demonstrated a serious lack of accountability, coordination, and basic customer service. I would not recommend this location.

  I absolutely love Rowan—every visit has been such a positive experience. The nurses are always so kind and professional, which makes me feel really safe and comfortable every time I go in. I genuinely trust that I’m in good hands, and I’ve loved every piercing I’ve gotten there. Everyone on the team is amazing, but I have to give a special shoutout to Jeremy! He’s always so pleasant, brings great energy, and makes the whole experience even better with his conversation and good vibes. Highly recommend!
