Kids were entertained, had so much fun making bath bombs and doing other activities. Highly recommend. Ash and Hunter were also very knowledge about the store’s products.

There was no greeting upon entering. It was an older guy who honestly looked a little musty, had some sports hoodie on and was watching something on his phone most of the time I was in there. There was literally nothing about this guy that says "I work at Lush." Didn't ask me if I had lush rewards, spent $75 which made that a bit frustrating, because i'd like the rewards for that. I understand it's before 12pm and it can be slow in the mornings but I expected more and my expectations were not met.
