    Ahlem Sarah is a like a magician! She is absolutely amazing at both- hair and customer service! I came in asking for a balayage on my dark hair and a cut with long layers and face framing and she delivered!! She truly cares about fulfilling your vision and doing what’s best for your hair. I will always be going back to see her!

    We have a good master in Hair Cuttery in Bethesda, but it's the only reason we go there. It's loud and very crowded.

    This was awful. The stylist did not wash or brush my hair and immediately jumped in with a fine tooth comb, yanking my hair so hard that, for the first time in my life, I screamed out in pain during a haircut. Even after the scream. She continued to yank my hair hard with the comb. The only word I have is abuse. My head is still hurting 2 hours later. I got out as quickly as I could.
