    Alvida was gentle and sweet with my mother. Unfortunately I purchased conditioner instead of shampoo. I opened it and cannot exchange.

    Jean is absolutely incredible! If you have fine hair and are nervous about getting blonde highlights, she is the person to trust. She gave me the perfect, seamless blend without compromising the health of my hair. I couldn't be happier!

    These people have a sickening obsession with putting all kinds of oil and just the most garbage kinds of product on the hair. I specifically told the stylist I have an oily scalp and she gave me leave in, she gave me conditioner, she gave me heat protectant, she gave me so much BS that my hair simply did not need. At the end of it, she offered me a cut too. I am SO exhausted of these people and all of their locations, my hair had ZERO need for FIVE kinds of OIL, when I already have a NATURALLY GREASY SCALP. Edition to this review: The manager called me shortly after posting this review, and made it right by granting a small refund to the service I was originally charged for. I greatly appreciated it, and plan on coming back some other time to what will hopefully be a great style, that time.

    The staff is not very courteous did not get my 25% discount for which I shared the code even asked for 3 services hair cut colour and highlights the person only did 1 said she is leaving so can’t do all 3 and asked me to make the payment for that I kept on waiting for some one to do the other 2 service but no one came they said the person who can do is gone out will come in some time but no one came so I left
