Not able to book an appointment online, I called and was able to book the service over the phone with the same stylist who would be available and doing my hair. The service I decided to get would cost $49 with 50% off bringing my total to $24.50. After the stylist finished my hair, which was absolutely horrible. I when to the register and was charged $51. When I questioned why I was charged this amount I was told because I have texture hair. I am a Black American with soft texture hair. Which I have never had a problem with someone doing my hair. Let alone being charged more money because my hair is not of a different texture. I was shocked! First I never was told this before I had my hair done. 2 The stylist did not take any extra time or use any extra products on my hair. This was such a disappointment to me, as I was so satisfied with my previous visit. 😩
