    Stylist did not seem confident with cutting straight hair. I just asked for a trim and some face framing layers to which I provided a photo. She just kept cutting and cutting. Scissors also seemed dull. I did not feel relaxed, I felt very anxious the entire time. I really wish senior and master stylists were available in the evening hours. When I booked, none were open past 3pm during the week. The newer stylists just don't do well.
