Prices are high specially for someone who doesn’t want to use the outside pool. But still I would pay for the massage if the therapist was capable and professional. I had the worst 80 minutes massage ever and I’ve been in this and other locations many times before.

Disappointing lack of flexibility and service: I have been a guest of the Four Seasons Spa in Baltimore on multiple occasions, but my recent experience has unfortunately left a very poor impression of their customer service and accommodation. For my birthday, my husband thoughtfully gifted me a massage. Regrettably, on the morning of my scheduled appointment, we had an unexpected situation at home. I immediately attempted to call the spa to notify them and reschedule. Despite calling repeatedly well before my appointment time, the phone went unanswered for a prolonged period. By the time someone finally picked up, my scheduled appointment time had just passed. Rather than showing understanding for the family emergency or acknowledging the delay on their end in answering the phone, the staff was remarkably rigid and unsympathetic. Not only was rescheduling made incredibly difficult, but I was also informed of a strict $100 fee just to move the appointment. While I understand that businesses have cancellation and rescheduling policies, one expects a luxury establishment of the Four Seasons' caliber to handle genuine emergencies with a degree of grace, warmth, and discretion—especially for a returning guest on her birthday. The complete lack of flexibility and compassion was highly disappointing. Regrettably, this experience has greatly diminished my desire to return to this property.

The massage was outstanding. I loved Jasmine. She made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. As a chesty person massages can sometimes be difficult, but she made accommodations so I could be comfortable. My friend, who also got a massage, has a chronic illness and the accommodations and attention paid to her needs was superb. The amenities included at the spa were clean and refreshing, as you would expect. I was really surprised however, by the lack of maintenance in the furniture of the quiet room. There are 8 lounging chairs and on each one the leather is dramatically cracking as well as a stain and fading where guest have laid their heads. The first one had a pile of chipped leather on the floor beside it. They do give blankets, which we used to put over top, but it was a shock to see. Having a fittwd or custom cover would be appropriate and cost effective, because those loungers were very comfy. Also in the waiting room a light was flickering that gave a headache, but the massage more than made up for that.

I have massages regularly, and was schedule for a deep tissue massage, and what I got was more like a Swedish massage. I was very disappointed After checking in I lead to my locker, and no tour where anything else was. The spa was clean and the staff was friendly.

Shockingly bad massage and service for a $1,400 charge. I’ve been a loyal Four Seasons guest for years, and this was by far the worst spa experience I’ve ever had at any luxury hotel. I booked a high-end massage package for my wife and I that totaled approximately $1,400, expecting a top-tier treatment and service consistent with the Four Seasons brand. From the start, the experience felt disorganized and she honestly just rubbed lotion on me with a 1/10 pressure. I asked her, 7x to please add pressure. She would for 1-2 minutes then back to what felt like texting on her phone. The therapist seemed like it was her first day or she was ready to quit. Mostly a generic routine that completely ignored what I had requested. Pressure was inconsistent, key muscle groups were skipped, and there was no sense of flow or intention to the treatment. Worse, I left feeling more tense than when I arrived. There was no follow-up, no check-in to ask how the service was, and what was clearly a failed experience. For $1,400, you expect a personalized, attentive treatment and a spa team that cares whether you’re satisfied. Instead, it felt like they were simply running an expensive assembly line. I would strongly urge management to review their training, quality control, and guest feedback processes for the spa, because this was an unacceptable experience.
