  I made an appointment 6 wks in advance, for the Sylist to text me 3 days before my appointment & say I’m gonna be off that day I don’t know how the website allow you to book an appointment, so I was been understanding, being as tho it was a holiday (memorial day) so I said how about that sat before at 4:00pm after work, she agreed… I did get there a little early around 3:30 pm , which she was still doing someone’s hair and asked if I could wait in lobby , I had no problem with that because my appointment was at 4pm… when 4pm came I went back in her suite , of course she was still doing her client hair, so I sat in a chair in her suite , (at this time I was extremely frustrated because I just got off from work and just wanted to get my hair done and go home) (she apologized like 10 minutes later saying I only got 6 more Braids to do on her clients hair) (I would have left but I had to go to an event the next day) needless to say she didn’t start my hair to 5:18 pm .. so she shampoos it and blow dry , so I’m thinking she’s about to start doing my hair but than one of her family members comes in stating she has an event to go to in a few hours and she needed a touch up from the day before because she sweated out her hair, of course the stylist stop doing my hair to attend to the young lady , I was trying to be Extremely Patient but I was like I’m definitely not coming here No More… I ended up leaving almost 9:00 at night, my hair did look nice, I paid the whole amount…This Was The Worst Experience Of My Life In Getting My Hair Done, I was definitely looking for a new Stylist being as tho mine had Moved To A Different State, I can’t stand starting over with a stylist and this is why… I Say This To Say When Booking Appointments , make Appointments be Mindful How Much Time You Need and Make Sure The Days That Are On The Calendar Lines Up With Your Calendar so a Client Will Not Choose The Wrong Day, (black it Out) Not Professional At All..
