  Everytime I go here I have horrible experiences. This is the only place I have been having my haircut for 5 years but I never felt welcomed here. Most of them don't know how to work with curls and they did different kinda highlights when I specifically asked for balayage few years back. This is my last time now. Goodbye JC penny..I had been loyal customer to you and never wrote a bad review despite wanting to before but its been too much..Some of the employees are very rude, very judgmental and very bad customer service. We are not coming to get a free service. We are paying your marked price and giving tips as well so treat us equally. Today, the 40% tips was for your extra time, hair cut was bad as usual.

  Nicole is so amazing with my daughter! She has been cutting her hair for 8 years now and she is always enthusiastic and does a great job. We only come to this salon for our hair!

  Michelle is amazing and works wonders on my hair! Not to mention getting me in and out in record time!
