  WENDY is miracle worker!!! The staff are all so friendly and supportive. They listened to my concerns and asked me questions. They showed patience and answered my questions and concerns. I left looking amazing and have never been more satisfied than I was today. Thank you for taking care of me.

  I enjoyed my appointment with my stylist Daisha and she did a great job on my cut. She really took her time to make sure it came out the way I wanted.

  I went to Hair Cuttery on Friday, 9/11, and unfortunately this was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had. I don’t know the name of the person who cut my hair, but throughout the haircut they kept asking me how they should cut it. I had to point out at least three different times that my hair was uneven and show them specific spots that still needed to be fixed. The cape also wasn’t put tightly around my neck, so I ended up with hair all over myself and was extremely itchy afterward. When I got home, my wife immediately noticed that it was a bad haircut and uneven in places. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect the person cutting my hair to know how to give a basic, even haircut without me having to continually tell them what needs to be fixed. Very disappointing experience, and I would not go back.

  I have the impression that the unit in Pikesville is used for training students. It is for the second time I get a haircut very bad and the stylist didn’t really know what to do.I show her a picture of mine and ask her to do the same hairstyle I had in the picture.. She didn’t seem very interested.In the end at the register I couldn’t see the price just a screen asking what tip I want to leave: 20%, 25%, 30% or other. It was a very “interesting” experience. PS. Make sure your chairs are in good shape

  Hair Cuttery needs to be more transparent with pricing. My grandbabies hair looks terrible. $46 for a wash, $26 for a detangler, $22 for a cut, $16 for a silky press and the only thing my granddaughter received was a flat iron press and then to be asked to pay $50 for a style. The stylist didn’t cut my other granddaughters hair. I bet those stylish would not let a white child walk out like this. Almost $180 and for there hair to look like this???? Stylist was more focused on money going in the register. Extremely dissatisfied customer. I will not return. If you check the review history, the owner only responds to the 5 star comments. Time to contact the Board of cosmetology.
