    Miss Robin was my stylist. She gave me a very thorough wash. She didn't burn my scalp with the blow dryer. Every time I visit this hair cuttery my experience is wonderful.

    I have been coming to this hair cuttery to see Angel for myself when my kids were 8 & 6. They r 30 & 28 now. Now I’m getting my granddaughters hair cuts by Angel. I am always completely satisfied with the results. See u next time!

    Great cut today from Hair Cuttery and the ladies could not have been more welcome and managed to fit me in at short notice. Can't fault them all on anything. Great conversation, great cut and exactly what I asked for. Normally I'd only go to a male barber but this will definitely be my go to place from now on.

    I received a cut. That's all I can say. I have shoulder length with layers and a short bang I sweep to a side. Easy enough. I also had a photo from the day i walked out of my last Hair Cuttery appointment. Was a gratitude job. Instead, I ended up with 2 blunt cuts. That's it. No blending of the layers, nothing. If I don't style this myself to mask things, I look like Dartanian from the Three Muskateers. The bangs were too long, so brought that to their attention. What happens? She uses the same method to trim up my bangs that I use myself in the bathroom mirror - the method we get from You Tube. There were many other things professionally wrong with this visit, but I will leave those alone. Overall, this was a rush job despite me having an appointment - I was not a walk in. Granted, I came in with a tank top and all my tattoos showing on my day off, perhaps that was deceiving of what I do day to day - that should not matter. I am Vice President of a company, walking into work today looking like I belong in the 1500's. "All for one, one for all!" Won't be back to this location.

    I started out paying $8 for a shampoo every 2 weeks for about 8 weeks and recently was refused service when I was 10 mins late, understandable. I was told I could rebook for another time that day. I got the run around when I tired to rebook. Long story short, I was told that my stylist moving forward would rather I book with someone else for any future appointment. I shocked! I thought she and I had a very good relationship. Management called her on the phone to ask her what was going on, and I could hear her yelling through the phone but could not make out what she was saying. Management at the salon told me that the stylist said I was expecting too much for an $8 shampoo! What did I do wrong? I tipped her each visit. I do not set the prices for the salon. Apparently the entire shop knew, because management said the stylish told the other girls prior to my visit. Poor customer service.
