  AY YO… somebody give Hyacinth a promotion before another Sephora steals her…SHE MADE MY GRANDMA CRY TEARS OF JOY BRO💯 I took my grandma out on her first day away from the nursing home in months. She kept saying, “Mijo, I’m too old for all this makeup stuff.” Hyacinth wasn’t having it. She sat with my grandma, talked to her like family, found the perfect shades for her skin, and had her smiling the whole time. By the end, Grandma looked in the mirror, hit a little shoulder shimmy, and yelled, “I feel like it’s the ’70s again!” I swear I almost heard the Bee Gees start playing. All she needed was a disco ball and a pair of platform shoes. My grandma walked out that store feeling like she was headed straight to Studio 54 instead of bingo night. Hyacinth got patience, knowledge, and a heart of gold. That’s the kind of employee that keeps people coming back. 10/10. Sephora… stop playing

  HUGE SHOUT OUT TO HYACINTH - THE LIFEBLOOD OF THIS STORE. fellas if you need help (or ladies) finding the right products…SHE. IS. YOUR. GAL‼️ I went into Sephora with nothing but a screenshot of a shopping list from my wife and absolutely no idea what I was looking for. Hyacinth immediately stepped in and made the whole experience incredibly easy. She took the time to ask about my wife’s skin type, complexion, and what she was trying to achieve before helping me pick out every item. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel out of place. When I got home, my wife was genuinely impressed and said Hyacinth picked exactly what she would have chosen herself. Customer service like this is hard to find. Hyacinth was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. She deserves the recognition—and honestly, a raise. I spent more than I planned! But happy wife=happy life. I’ll definitely be asking for her the next time I shop at Sephora. Thank you so much Hyacinth!

  I booked a makeup appointment more than two weeks in advance and even called the day before to confirm it. On the day of my appointment, I received a call at 12:25 p.m. informing me that my 2:00 p.m. appointment could no longer be honored and that the earliest available time was 3:00 p.m. Since I had an important event to attend, I had to cancel. I understand that unexpected situations happen, but a business that provides makeup services should have backup coverage in place. Last-minute cancellations are unacceptable when clients are relying on these services for special events. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking makeup services here.
