As a first-time mom, I was naturally nervous about the experience, but Ms. April immediately put me at ease with her knowledge, professionalism, and kind demeanor. My baby girl is almost 3 months old, and Ms. April was incredibly patient, comforting, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident and comfortable before getting started. My daughter’s dad held her while I recorded the special moment, and thanks to Ms. April, the experience was smooth, quick, and much less stressful than I anticipated. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the babies and families she works with. If you’re considering ear piercing for your little one, I highly recommend Ms. April. She made what could have been an emotional moment feel special, positive, and memorable. Thank you for taking such great care of our baby girl!

When I had a toddler induced injury, the care was exceptional and pain free. All nurses and staff I have encountered have been amazing!
