The studio is incredibly clean and bright, and having a licensed nurse perform the piercing really put us at ease. They were so patient and professional with our 7-year-old daughter, making her feel brave and celebrated throughout the entire process. It turned a nervous moment into a really special memory for her. If you’re planning a visit, just a quick heads-up on the pricing structure to help you budget: • Jewelry Pricing: Note that the earring prices listed are per earring, not for the pair. This is helpful to know if you're getting both ears pierced! • Aftercare: There is an additional cost for their specialized cleaning solution. It’s an advanced formula, so we definitely recommend picking it up to ensure everything heals perfectly. Overall, 5/5 stars for the staff expertise and the beautiful jewelry selection. We are so happy with the results and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a safe, high-quality piercing experience for their kids!

Little one was nervous but Nurse Jamie was patient and encouraging. Everything was so clean and sterile that I was very impressed. Unfortunately the next day little ones earring fell out over night and I couldn't get in back in. So I returned to the store for help and the care that my little one received was above and beyond. Shout out to Nurse Samm for having so much patience and being super helpful. Also being so calm when a stressful situation happened definitely helped me stay calm. Would definitely recommend this store for piercings at any age. The staff was amazing both times.
