I asked for a natural look and some new lip products, and he delivered beyond expectations. He made me feel like an absolute VIP. I ended up purchasing everything he used and will definitely be back for the rest. Juan even took the time to write down my personalized routine and promised to keep me in the loop for future events. In all my years in retail and buying cosmetics, I have never felt so genuinely valued as a customer. My makeup looked fresh, radiant, and completely age-appropriate—for the first time ever, I felt confident enough to post a photo without using a single filter! As a breast cancer survivor, I’ve struggled with insecurity about changes in my skin, but Juan’s thoughtful techniques completely revived my complexion and took away that tired look.
