Unfortunately, the checkout experience left a lot to be desired. Heidi was at the register and did not greet or acknowledge me, rang up my purchase without saying a word, and then walked away, telling Jordan to finish the transaction. Very unprofessional and left a disappointing last impression! The store could improve customer service by ensuring all staff consistently greet customers and complete transactions with courtesy and professionalism.

I really appreciate how they are not in your face the entire time and give you an opportunity to shop around and ask questions when necessary. The store’s a bit small unfortunately which is the only downside. I hope in the future they can move to a bigger space in the Annapolis Mall

He seemed genuinely excited which made me feel good and pointed out his two favorites, telling me why he likes them both and what they smell like/have inside. I got one of his suggestions (Rest Up) and one i was eyeing up (Shrimply The Best) both were absolutely amazing and I will definitely be back after the great experience I had!
