- BTBelinda TMay 11, 20261.0Awful customer service completely ignored for 10 mins for a walk in appointment and only acknowledged once the phone rang. Sign says walk ins welcome… asked for a single color root touch up and toner. (About 1 inch of roots). Told roots are dark… totally not but irrelevant and that it would be double the price. Never heard such ridiculousness. No welcome, no friendly smile from either receptionist or colorist. Such a cold unhappy place don’t bother move onto the next location.

I had my hair cut on Thursday at another hair cuttery. The price was a bit steep, I guess it was the price of a full haircut. But it got done which was what I wanted to accomplish.

I was charged $13 for a long hair blowout that I didn't receive; my hair doesn't even touch my shoulders and I walked out with wet hair. I was also charged $32 for a signature cut that I didn't want but the stylist insisted on cutting the ends so I agreed to having just the ends trimmed. The stylist cut off over an inch. I was supposed to get a 40% discount per their website code for a 1st time customer seeking a single hair color to cover gray. The discount applied was only 30%. When I inquired about a refund/credit for the services, the "manager" stated that the blowout fee was supposed to cover the "glossing fee", which I did not receive. She made no effort to make this right, refused a refund and store credit. Very poor management and customer service. I will never return.
