He remembered specifics from our first consultation and was able to quickly add that knowledge to my color/highlighting consultation and service. He is very patient, thorough and he will provide feedback if i suggest something that he doesnt feel will work for my hair type, etc. I would highly recommend Charles to anyone who wants a honest relationship with their stylist.
