  This review is long overdue because Charles truly deserves every bit of recognition. Our journey with Charles began when my 13-year-old daughter booked her very first highlight appointment. She had never colored her hair before, so naturally we were a little nervous. At her age, finding someone who is not only talented but also experienced, knowledgeable, and understands how to properly care for young, textured hair was incredibly important to me. I wanted someone who would prioritize the health of her hair just as much as the final result. She came in with a vision of what she wanted, but instead of simply applying color, Charles took the time to thoroughly evaluate her hair, discuss her goals, and explain the color options that would best achieve the look she wanted while preserving the integrity of her hair. My daughter has textured, very curly hair, and Charles’s expertise with textured hair immediately put us at ease. He didn’t just provide a service—he educated both of us. He explained how to properly care for color-treated curls, how to maintain moisture, and how to keep her hair healthy long-term. Since my daughter is an athlete who’s constantly on the go, he recommended a simple, realistic routine that fit her lifestyle while protecting her hair. That personalized approach meant everything to us. Most importantly, her highlights turned out absolutely stunning. She was beyond thrilled with the results. Charles never made us feel rushed. He answered every question, took his time, and made sure we were completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. At her second visit, we returned for a protein/bonder treatment, trim, and silk press . Once again, Charles walked us through every step of the process, explaining not only what he was doing but why he was doing it. His attention to detail is second to none. You can tell he genuinely cares about the health of his clients’ hair—not just how it looks when you leave the salon. Her hair looked beautiful, felt incredibly healthy, and the silk press lasted for days. A month later, we were back for a curl-defining treatment, and just as always, Charles welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and great conversation. Every appointment has been consistent, professional, and enjoyable. Finding someone you trust with your own hair is difficult. Finding someone you trust with your 13-year-old daughter’s hair is even harder. We moved here over two years ago and have struggled to find someone who not only delivers beautiful results but also genuinely cares about the long-term health of your hair. Charles is that person. He’s incredibly talented, patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. His expertise with textured hair and his ability to educate his clients truly set him apart. If you’re looking for someone who will truly listen, educate you, prioritize the health of your hair, and leave you feeling confident every single time, do yourself a favor and book with Charles. Every visit has exceeded our expectations, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  Sun Has been doing my color for a few years now. She has a lot of knowledge about her products that work on each client. Always great at color and style. Highly reccomended her.

  Bobbie is lovely ☺️. I have pretty long hair and was very anxious to have my hair cut, but it turned out perfect. Cassidy is great as well ❤️

  Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. Absolutely butchered my hair and then blamed me for having “frizzy” hair? Constantly trying to push products on you and extra services. It became obvious 10 minutes into this service that my hair dresser had no idea what he was doing. Then after having my hair ruined I was pressured into a $50 tip.

  I went to get a haircut today and Daniela took care of me—she was the best. I loved the result; my hair had been badly burnt and damaged, but the cut makes me look different. She was excellent and very gentle with my hair; I’ll definitely go back to her for my next appointment.
