    Rogue was absolutely fantastic. She made my autistic son feel so comfortable. She cut his hair perfectly and Brandon loves it!!

    I chose this salon because of its 4.4-star overall rating and was expecting a decent haircut. When I arrived, I was assigned to Rogue. From the beginning, I felt that she lacked experience. After putting the cutting cape on me, it wasn't positioned properly and didn't fully cover me, so I had to adjust it myself. While this may seem like a small detail, it gave me the impression that she was still learning. Even so, I trusted the process and hoped for a good haircut. I showed her exactly how I wanted my hair. I requested a low fade, but the haircut wasn't done the way a low fade is typically performed. In my previous experiences, clippers are usually used to create the fade, but that wasn't the case here. I also asked to keep the front longer. Instead of starting from the front to establish the desired length, she began cutting from the back and worked forward. As a result, the front became uneven, and the haircut reached a point where it couldn't be corrected into the style I had requested. Ultimately, I had to ask for a buzz cut because the original haircut was no longer salvageable. I want to be clear that Rogue was friendly, polite, and welcoming throughout the appointment. This review is not meant as a personal attack. My concern is with the salon's management. New stylists should receive more training and supervision before working independently with customers. Doing so would help prevent experiences like mine and ensure clients receive the quality of service they expect. Rogue, if you happen to read this, please don't take this as discouragement. Keep practicing and building your skills. I genuinely wish you the best in your career.

    Walked in an was taken care of right away. Very friendly and did a great job cutting my long hair into a shorter style. Looks awesome.
