    We had to wait over an hour for our appt. There were 3 women working in there when we got there. One woman went into the back and was gone for an hour. We had to wait over an hour past our appt. time. Then they took a walk in before they got to us. I showed the stylist what cut I wanted for our little guy. He has curly hair. I told her to barely touch the top and she could trim the back but not short enough that you could see skin. She cut all his curls off the top, you can see skin in the back and didn't even square it off in the back. I repeatedly told her that she was cutting all his curls off. She made a comment to her coworker about "It's must be a full moon." I'm guessing saying that I was being crazy. I finally told her to just stop cutting his hair. I didn't catch her name and I went back to look for her license so I would know her name but her license wasn't visible in her area. Now he gets to go to first day of school tomorrow with a horrible haircut. We will NEVER go back there after all of those issues.

    I'm not allowed to leave zero stars but they should update their hours online super disappointing to get off work and get there at 530 to get my kids haircut and they closed early.

    I absolutely loved my experience here!! Cassandra did my highlights and hair cut perfectly! I showed her an inspiration photo and that’s exactly what she gave me. And because I’ve never gotten my hair done, She also took the time to explain the type of highlights that would work best with my hair! I’ll definitely be going back!

    Worst thirty two dollar haircut , i've ever had to point I had to go , have somebody fix it. I told the lady I needed a low fade skin trimmed on top for my 30th anniversary, and she butchered it.
