  Roxanne did an Amazing job on my hair! I got the deluxe package! I will always call her my stylist from here on out, she's the only one I will see. Such an amazing lady, very polite and kind. I had a wonderful experience 😊🫶🏽 I went home and styled my hair a couple different ways so you can see for yourself. Been getting compliments ever since.

  I’m a stylist of 10 years. I have fantastic appreciation and great pride for clients and hair. Because it’s a Sunday, not many salons are open. I had a really rough night and I woke up today just wanting a wash and dry to feel better. Hair cuttery in Aberdeen was the closest to me and open, so I thought “why not? It’s not hard to just wash and dry” I was wrong. I hate leaving this review for another stylist but the lack of care is crazy. No gentle measure for detangling, I definitely have breakage from her raking through my hair. She gave no style to it. At least round brush the ends. It feels like hay. It was still damp. I asked to dry it more. So she rough dried it a little more. Did not part my hair, didn’t do a final brush through. I had to sit there and give my hair a middle part like I asked, and I had to rake my fingers through it as it was all over the place, and it’s STILL not 100% dry. This stylist has been doing hair for many years she said, so I find it incredibly disappointing she’d allow anyone to leave this way. Sadly, it always rings true that hair cuttery is not for excellence. It’s only there because it’s cheap. My advice would be to have pride in the work you’re putting out. And if you feel like it’s not worth your effort, stop doing hair. It’s not fair to clients, whether they spend $20 or $500.

  I seen Jennifer and she did a great job.Fi ally found a permanent person for me.I definitely recommend her.And love her personality.

  First off they don’t cut white kids hair, and are very unprofessional I would stay far away and never come here if I was you!! Thank me later

  We had to wait over an hour for our appt. There were 3 women working in there when we got there. One woman went into the back and was gone for an hour. We had to wait over an hour past our appt. time. Then they took a walk in before they got to us. I showed the stylist what cut I wanted for our little guy. He has curly hair. I told her to barely touch the top and she could trim the back but not short enough that you could see skin. She cut all his curls off the top, you can see skin in the back and didn't even square it off in the back. I repeatedly told her that she was cutting all his curls off. She made a comment to her coworker about "It's must be a full moon." I'm guessing saying that I was being crazy. I finally told her to just stop cutting his hair. I didn't catch her name and I went back to look for her license so I would know her name but her license wasn't visible in her area. Now he gets to go to first day of school tomorrow with a horrible haircut. We will NEVER go back there after all of those issues.
