  I had a great experience here the other day. I stopped in to pick up some of my mom's favorite fragrances before visiting her, and Frima was incredibly helpful. She took the time to offer thoughtful ideas and suggestions, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming! I’ll be back!

  I had a great visit to L'Occitane in Wrentham today. The manager was very kind and helped me find a thoughtful gift for my friend. I will be returning to shop here again.

  I had an excellent experience at L’Occitane thanks to Frema’s exceptional service. She was professional, pleasant, and incredibly helpful, making my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Frema went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, and her positive attitude made a big difference. It’s refreshing to find such dedicated staff, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Frema if you need assistance!
