  Changing the name of your clinic does not erase the serious matters that remain unresolved. You must take responsibility for the actions that occurred under your care. Your nurse, Gia, administered injections to my husband without proper laboratory verification and provided medications that were not properly labeled. Since that day, my husband’s health has been severely affected, and he will never be the same husband or father to our three children. What was once an active and healthy father was taken away from our family because of reckless and irresponsible conduct. The letter you recently sent to my attorney does not address the seriousness of what happened and will not resolve this matter. We are continuing to pursue all legal avenues and are in the process of retaining additional legal counsel. We intend to pursue this case until full accountability is achieved. Our goal is to ensure that no other family experiences what ours has endured. Please understand that our silence does not mean this matter has ended—it means the process is moving forward.

  Used to love it here, but their new scheduling system has made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to schedule a touch up. Apparently you can only schedule touch-ups within a week of an appointment, but of course at that point the options are SUPER limited, and impossible to find a time that works for you. I was also told by someone at the Braintree location that they would try to "figure something out" and call me right back. That was almost a week ago and I never heard back.

  Maggie was so kind and such a gentle nurse for a quite unpleasant treatment. She was extremely professional, efficient and even checked in to see how I was feeling/ doing multiple times. It was great chatting with her! Would definitely go out of my way and return back to this location (which is far from me) to request her as my treatment nurse. You will be not disappointed at all :) highly recommend Maggie at Ideal Image Braintree with absolutely zero hesitations!

  Update: Google PAH coolsculpting before booking anything with these people! I called last week for a refund since I developed PAH directly from this procedure. The guy who answered the phone, after more than 5 calls, just kept repeating your treatment was a year and a half ago, i said correct! You told me to wait 6 months for the treatment to fully work, then my skin stayed so hard and stretched so I just assumed I had to lose weight, clearly that wasnt the issue. They are aware of what this treatment can cause, yet when I made the booking where they rushed me to take my money and have me sign, no one took 1 minute to mention PAH. Just save your money and get lipo, which is now something i have to do to get rid of the flabs they left me with. Old review from 2021: Went online and requested a consultation, Katharine, was great and made me feel confident to booking and fully paying for my treatment however thats where the good ends. I have been trying to set up and appointment for 3 days and they're phone just rings, ask for a voicemail, which I've left, and still no response, finally decided to drive to the office, since it said open until 5, and it was close. I'm emailing their offices and want my money back! I would suggest going somewhere where they will actually book your appointment
