My hair feels healthy, fresh, and styled just the way I like it. Shayna is super friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the entire appointment. She is my go-to!"

  We had our first experience at the JCPenney salon in Wareham. They were able to fit in my three sons for haircuts. Each of my boys received amazing haircuts from Kathy. Everyone is so happy with their haircuts, and we will be returning again for sure! Chrissy up front was so informative and helpful when deciding on any products we needed to purchase.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked a student haircut online through the JCPenney Salon website after seeing the student haircut promotion. I selected the student haircut option and even included in the comments that the appointment was for my son and that he just needed a standard haircut. When we arrived, we were immediately told that the appointment had been booked “incorrectly.” However, no one called beforehand to confirm the appointment or clarify any details, even though there was ample opportunity to do so. Instead, we found out only after arriving that no stylist was available who was comfortable cutting a child’s hair. I find that very disappointing. If a salon advertises and accepts appointments for a service, there should be qualified staff available to perform that service. We had planned our morning around this appointment, only to be turned away and asked to come back another day. That was a complete waste of our time. This experience showed a lack of communication, poor scheduling, and disappointing customer service. If there are restrictions on who can perform certain services, that should be made clear during the online booking process or communicated before customers arrive. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

  Made an online appointment same day.Got a haircut . Hannah listen to what I wanted and did a beautiful job. Took about 20 minutes. Definitely will be back.

  my mom has been coming to Jcpenny salon for many many years, today someone messed up her hair and didn’t give her layers at all but she went back and Kathy the salon manager was so friendly and fixed her hair and even gave her a blowout. Nicest person we’ve met at this salon, she will definitely be coming back to her!
