  I had a haircut with Donna, and unfortunately, my experience was horrible. From the beginning, I felt like she didn’t really care about me being there or listen carefully to what I wanted. I have bangs, and I specifically showed her a picture of the style I wanted. I also clearly told her that I wanted the length to be below my eyebrows. What I ended up with looks nothing like the picture or what I asked for. My bangs were cut above my eyebrows and way too short. I also showed her exactly how much length I wanted trimmed from the rest of my hair, but she ended up cutting about double the amount I showed her. I was very clear about both the length of my hair and my bangs, so I don’t understand why my requests were not followed. I believe she realized that she had cut my bangs too short because afterward she kept telling me that I could style them to the side and that I was probably just “not used to short bangs.” Of course I’m not used to them—I specifically asked for bangs below my eyebrows! Unfortunately, they are now so short that I absolutely hate how I look, and there is nothing I can do except wait for them to grow back. This was my first time at this salon, and I specifically chose Donna because she is listed as a senior stylist. I expected that choosing a senior stylist would mean my requests would be carefully understood and followed, especially after showing a reference photo and clearly explaining how much I wanted trimmed. I’m extremely disappointed. What a waste of my time and money. Based on my experience, I honestly don’t understand how this place has such good reviews.

  Danielle is wonderful for facials, attentive and very knowledgeable. You will walk away relaxed and rejuvenated. And I would recommend Cassandra for hair. Creative hairstylist and colorist who can provide recommendations for any hair type best practices.
