  Vera gave me the BEST, most heartwarming and smooth experience ever! I have been to numerous salons but with Vera I felt heard, welcomed and I felt like she executed the haircut I wanted with precision and grace! I will be going back to her for the continuation of my hair care! Thank you Vera !

  Customer service needs work. I regret coming here. I walked out with my hair in a frizzy bun and not really knowing what it looked like! I had my first and only appointment at this salon. I had an appointment for cut and blow dry with Gwen who happened to be running behind which is understandable.. it happens. I then was told I would be getting my hair cut by another stylist. I had never been here before so I wouldn’t know the difference and they seemed to be prioritizing their regulars on a busy day. After waiting an hour to be seen my cut took about another hour. We get to the end of it and my natural hair is a frizz ball which she’s ready to let me walk out with. I ask about the blow dry and was told that she only expected to cut my hair and her next client had arrived. I don’t blame this woman. She was a champ and took care of me when I was passed off to her. I still can’t believe I paid for this. The receptionist offered me a complementary blow dry for another day but I needed it for this weekend. What’s the point. I’m certainly not returning. I sat in their waiting area for nearly an hour watching their regulars come and go. One young woman even arrived with a last minute appointment and was walked straight to the back. If you’re trying this place for the first time I warn you as my experience is that they give little priority to new clients. In my opinion, salons like this overbook their stylists and it results in long waits and a poor experience. Find yourself a stylist that works independently! In my experience they are far more punctual, thoughtful and efficient.
