  Everyone was very warm and friendly and welcoming. The environment is quite fancy, but the staff really make you feel at home. My shampoo included a lovely head massage and my haircut is exactly what I wanted. I will definitely go back.

  Came here for a mother-daughter day. When it was time to get my daughter's haircut, they told her she had lice, put her in a cap and told us they couldn't cut her hair. They sold me lice treatments. On top of humiliating my daughter, and then upsetting her, I take her to the doctor to find out she's got seborrheic dermatitis and not lice. Completely ripped me off by selling me lice treatments. The doctor said it didn't even LOOK like lice. Horrible experience. Will NEVER go back again. Watch out, they will rip you off and not even think twice about it. Response to owner: The doctor said it looked NOTHING like lice. What medical school did you go to that taught you what lice looked like? Oh wait, you didn't. Get it right next time. And also, I've noticed anyone who complains or gives you 1 star, you blame them instead of taking responsibility for being WRONG. You don't blame the customer. HORRIBLE way to run a business. Take responsibility for being wrong and ruining the day instead of blaming the customer. You obviously had no idea what you were talking about so shut up. Thank you 😊

  I had the most amazing Hydrafacial by Lucia at Invidia! Truth be told, I had no idea what I was signing up for, but by the end of my appointment, I was so impressed that I actually signed up for a monthly Hydrafacial! Right away, I could feel the difference. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and like it truly loved everything Lucia was doing. I woke up the next morning and my face felt tight, plump, and honestly had the most amazing glow. As a woman in my 60s, it’s all about the glow and, even more importantly, how we feel about ourselves. Lucia made me feel beautiful, and I’m so grateful for that.   I had an amazing experience with Felcy for eyebrow threading. She was so attentive, kind, and truly listened to what I wanted. My eyebrows haven't looked this symmetrical in forever. Highly recommend her if you want flawless results!

  I had my first appointment with Ashly, and I left knowing I had found my new stylist. First, her shampoo and conditioning experience was hands-down the best I've ever had. At one point, I actually said out loud that I had "melted into the chair." It was incredibly relaxing and felt more like a spa treatment than a shampoo. As for the haircut! Easily one of the best cuts of my life. I have very thick, wavy, naturally unruly hair that can be challenging to work with, but Ashly absolutely nailed it. The cut and blowout made me feel like a million bucks, and what impressed me most is that she shaped it in a way that allows me to recreate the salon look at home. That's something I've struggled with for years, and it speaks to her skill as a stylist. Beyond her talent, Ashly is genuinely kind, professional, and a pleasure to spend time with. She's exceptionally good at what she does, and it's easy to see why her schedule fills up so quickly. In fact, I already booked my next appointment because I know those openings won't last long. If you're looking for a stylist who combines technical skill, great customer care, and a little bit of magic, I highly recommend Ashly!
