I had a great experience at Invidia. I saw Felcy for eyebrow threading. I’ve been seeing Felcy for 10 years. She is consistent in her work and always makes sure you leave satisfied. Highly recommend!

A high‑end location doesn’t always mean high‑quality service. I visited this salon because it was recommended to me and trusted them with my son’s haircut and my own. Unfortunately, my haircut was a disappointment. The stylist didn’t seem to know how to cut curtain bangs, leaving my hair uneven, choppy, and difficult to manage. I called afterward to explain the issue, and the front desk assured me the owner would contact me to fix it. No one ever reached out. I’ve been to salons that take responsibility and correct mistakes right away, so the lack of follow‑up here was surprising. I waited two weeks before writing this review, hoping for a call, but since none came, I felt it was important to share my experience.

I had a 1:00 appointment and arrived on time, but no one acknowledged me until almost 1:30. I completely understand when a salon is running behind, and I don’t mind waiting, but I do think I should have been greeted and informed about the delay. The pedicure itself was the most disappointing I’ve ever received, especially for a base price of $58. Most salons offer a lower‑priced basic pedicure that includes a proper foot and calf massage with lotion. My calves were rubbed for only a few seconds with a very small amount of lotion, and all I could feel was the technicians rubber gloves. Not enjoyable at all. My feet were exfoliated briefly, and that was the extent of it. They did a good job on my toenails and polish. That part was thorough. But when I get a pedicure, I expect more of a relaxing, spa‑like experience (not just getting my toenails done) The atmosphere felt standard - typical massage chairs and setup nothing that justified the higher price point in my opinion. The technician also applied a quick‑dry top coat I didn’t request, which turned out to be a $10 upcharge that wasn’t mentioned until checkout. In total, I paid $68 for a basic, underwhelming pedicure. My company uses Invidia for many team events, so I expected a higher level of service and left feeling disappointed.

Here to tell the real story of what happened since the salon owners demonstrated abhorrent and despicable behavior. My 10 year old daughter had the worst experience with Beverly. She rushed her cut, she did not finish her service. She profusely apologized for not being able to finish her service as it went EIGHT minutes over the 30 minute allotted kids’ cut. She told me and my daughter that another client was booked without her knowledge and she couldn’t finish her service. She left her hair half blow dried (fine, no problem I said). The service was booked for $30 but we were charged $55. The receptionist told me it was because my daughter’s hairs had “A couple knots and took a little extra time.” I was kind but expressed my dismay and unfairness in increasing a charge by 25 dollars for 8 extra minutes. I was later contacted that they would remove the charge. I left my honest review. The salon called me and rudely demanded I removed my review. I declined and they responded unkindly to the review that was posted. So here I am- here’s my honest review :) the WORST salon experience. 10/10 do not recommend and the owners don’t know how to run a business. The dead quiet on a Saturday should’ve been a give away. In response to your response below- your comments are not true and frankly irresponsible :-) you asked me to change my review - I did. My daughter’s hair wasn’t matted but we can go back and forth all day if you’d like! 😊 and to be clear- I expressed that I wouldn’t return long before your response!
