    Went in to do an even exchange of a blush purchased for a different color - had to find an associate to ask for assistance. I was then told to go “find it”myself and switch it at the front. I went to look for the item and could not find one on the shelf and the associate who originally directed me to find it myself appeared and said “oh it looks like we’re out.” I asked if she could please check the drawer underneath or the back or the system and she said “I just restocked so if it’s not there, we don’t have any.” I left the store and checked online for pick up availability and saw that there was pick up availability at that same location. To confirm I then called the location and spoke with a different person (Lucy) who informed me they DID have them in stock and I could come pick it up so I went back to the store to exchange my purchase. I couldn’t find my receipt so I was told by the customer associate that they would have to get approval from a manager and to my surprise It was the same associate who was originally extremely unhelpful and dishonest during my first visit that day. She then said “oh it’s you! there turned out to be a whole box available in the back.” so this confirmed to me that this employee had lied to me during my first visit when she adamantly stated upon my request to check if there were any other others available that she had already done inventory and put them all out to stock - to find that she was a manager was extremely disheartening. I was told she would have to run it by yet ANOTHER manager to approve my exchange without a receipt. She disappeared for about 10 minutes and came back, saying unfortunately store policy states that I can’t exchange it without a receipt because you didn’t get it from this location and “I can’t check the cameras” I asked why would you need to check the cameras you’re assuming that I stole the item rather than purchased it and she said we have no way of verifying because we can’t check the cameras to see if you purchased anything because it was a different store so not only was I lied to mistreated and profiled, treated like a thief - I was also insulted, degraded, and had goods and services withheld from me and was subjected to a colossal waste of time and effort for nothing. I have been an office and warehouse manager for over 20 years and anything other than processing my exchange when I returned is unacceptable. She could have easily contacted the other location to confirm. Corporate will be hearing from me with more details and I will definitely be filing a complaint. No one should be made to feel how I felt exchanging a $46.00 blush and based on other recent reviews regarding this location there has been the same and worse done to others such as racial profiling, being ignored and general apathy and rudeness towards customers.

    I visited this location because I recently finished 2 of my perfumes and was looking to replace them. This is a smaller location and an employee and guest stood in the dead center of the small fragrance section. the employee spent the whole time talking about which fragrances she DIDN'T like which i thought was very strange. I said excuse me a few times but just got a few dirty looks from the employee instead. i finally decided to walk away and wait for them to leave the area. once i came back, i was busy smelling various perfumes and the same employee asked if i needed help and i politely declined. she then asked 3 more times and it felt like she was watching me and following me. when i FINALLY did need help, i walked over to the same employee and asked if they had a certain perfume in stock (since they don't keep them out anymore? only the testers were on the shelf which is an inconvenience). when i had approached her, she was just standing there chatting with a coworker. she then pointed to another employee in the store and goes you can ask her. the employee in question was already helping another guest and was zipping around the store rather quickly. i was not going to chase down an employee, especially one that was busy helping someone else when i had approached two that were just standing in the middle of the store doing nothing but talking. first you watch me like a hawk then when i'm ready to for help you say someone else can help? i left without buying anything because i was so irritated and felt disrespected. i won't be visiting this location again.

    The staff acted like I didn’t exist until it was time to pay. I don’t think I deserve that experience and I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get any customer service. I needed one thing and I found it on my own. What’s the point of hiring people if they are just going to stand around ignoring customers. Maybe this is a sign that Sephora does not want me as a customer. I don’t want to go where I’m not wanted so maybe this is where my relationship with Sephora ends. Maybe it was this location but I’ll find a better experience elsewhere.
