    I visited this location because I recently finished 2 of my perfumes and was looking to replace them. This is a smaller location and an employee and guest stood in the dead center of the small fragrance section. the employee spent the whole time talking about which fragrances she DIDN'T like which i thought was very strange. I said excuse me a few times but just got a few dirty looks from the employee instead. i finally decided to walk away and wait for them to leave the area. once i came back, i was busy smelling various perfumes and the same employee asked if i needed help and i politely declined. she then asked 3 more times and it felt like she was watching me and following me. when i FINALLY did need help, i walked over to the same employee and asked if they had a certain perfume in stock (since they don't keep them out anymore? only the testers were on the shelf which is an inconvenience). when i had approached her, she was just standing there chatting with a coworker. she then pointed to another employee in the store and goes you can ask her. the employee in question was already helping another guest and was zipping around the store rather quickly. i was not going to chase down an employee, especially one that was busy helping someone else when i had approached two that were just standing in the middle of the store doing nothing but talking. first you watch me like a hawk then when i'm ready to for help you say someone else can help? i left without buying anything because i was so irritated and felt disrespected. i won't be visiting this location again.

    The staff acted like I didn’t exist until it was time to pay. I don’t think I deserve that experience and I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get any customer service. I needed one thing and I found it on my own. What’s the point of hiring people if they are just going to stand around ignoring customers. Maybe this is a sign that Sephora does not want me as a customer. I don’t want to go where I’m not wanted so maybe this is where my relationship with Sephora ends. Maybe it was this location but I’ll find a better experience elsewhere.

    I was wondering if friendly customer service was in their training modules? I order a lot from sephora and my pick up experience is never pleasant!

    Employees are rude and not helpful at all. I asked if I can get someone where things were employees that she can’t direct me… girl what???? try to like look for everything myself even though I’m not there for multiple shifts like they are and employees were just looking at me not offering help. Pretty sure retail service is supposed to be better than that, esp at sephora.
