- JRJessica Raymond5 days ago1.0Went in to have my conch piercing switched out to a hoop. I should’ve been able to trust the “professionals” in sizing me appropriately. See attached photo. I had to make an emergency stop on vacation to have the piercing replaced due to pain. Will not be back.

- GVGia VdotSep 10, 20265.0We had such a wonderful experience at Rowan, especially because of Meriah! This was our first time there, and she made the whole experience so comfortable and easy for us. She explained everything so clearly, was incredibly kind and patient, and made sure we understood what was happening every step of the way. What surprised me the most was that our daughter didn’t even cry! 🥹 That really says a lot about how gentle and comforting Meriah was with her. She was so sweet with our little one and made us feel completely at ease as parents. Overall, Meriah was amazing, and we’re so grateful we got to have her for our first visit. Honestly, I wish we could request her every time because she was THAT good! 😂💕
