  Nurse Shaina pierced my baby girl's ears today. She educated us very well on aftercare and when we can switch earrings. She explained to us the difference between earrings. She was very lovely and kind. Baby girl did amazing with her and as soon as we left the store she received so many compliments. Thank you Nurse Shaina. ❤️ We also appreciate the other customer that switched appointments with us. She was so kind. I hope her appointment went beautifully.

  this place rocks. super cute store, fast and efficient, lovely customer service. i got a helix piercing and it was over in probably under 5-10 minutes, so fast and professional, and they helped me pick out jewelry to wear + were very informative. 10/10 recommend, thank you kim & meriah!

  The staff here are SPECTACULAR! They really know their stuff and are open to questions, just ask. My second time here at Rowan and I’ll be back for more piercings. Some of their things are pricey but it’s good service and they’re not pushy

  I originally gave Rowan, and this specific location 5 stars - until I recently found out *from two different local piercing shops* that they completely screwed up at least two of my 4 cartilage piercings. I got 2 piercings done at this location, and 2 done at the legacy place location. I got the 2 piercings from this location over 1 year ago, and my piercings were not healing, and I did everything I could to help them (piercing pillow, cleaning solution, not touching them, etc.). When I tried to go in to get my posts changed, they repeatedly said that my piercings were still too swollen, so I needed to wait. So about a month ago, I finally decided to go to a local shop to see what they thought as kind of a second opinion. They looked at me very wide eyed when I told them I went to Rowan and told me I was not the first person they've seen from them and they "prey on people who are ignorant about piercings by advertising that nurses do the piercings" - (their exact words). Upon evaluation, the piercer told me that 2 of the piercings looked like they were pierced at a completely incorrect angle, which is likely what's causing my piercings not to heal - ALSO I told them my eventual goal was to get hoops in them, and they said that was pretty much impossible, given the completely askew angle they were pierced, and now are permanently at. They said I may need to get a couple of them removed, would need to let them close, and start over. I was very upset obviously for many reasons (Rowan is VERY expensive, I just suffered a year of having incredibly irritated piercings, not being able to sleep on my side just to find out I did so for nothing, because they would never heal anyways). About a week later, I went to another local shop to get an eval if I was going to do something as drastic as remove 2 piercings, and they confirmed that was best - they likely would not heal since it had already been a year, & I wouldn't be able to put hoops in them ever. They also said the angle of 2 of the piercings were likely inserted completely incorrectly, causing the incredibly uneven angle. I got the 2 piercings removed, and now have to start all over after paying over $200 for them. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. :(
