I went in looking for help adding more dimension to my everyday makeup routine since I had never really used bronzer or blush before. Jackie spent nearly an hour with me, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and working within my budget. She color matched products, tested different shades on my skin, and wasn't afraid to say, "I'm not crazy on this. Let me find something else," when something wasn't the best fit. I really appreciated her honesty and attention to detail. Rather than pushing the most expensive products, she recommended a mix of full-size and mini products so I could try things without overspending. She also taught me application techniques and explained why she was choosing each product, which made me feel much more confident in my makeup routine. My hair is naturally wavy and curly (2c-3b), and she was asking me questions about my current hair routine. She recommended products that are lightweight, which works great with my thin hair. I left feeling excited about my purchases and genuinely more knowledgeable than when I walked in. At the end of my visit, Jackie shared that she had fun shopping with me, and I felt exactly the same way! Outstanding customer service, expert product knowledge, and a truly personalized experience. Thank you, Jackie—I can't wait to come back!

Met a girl in there who was very helpful and friendly. Sadly didn’t get her name but she had longer hair and glasses. She was adorable. I left with everything I needed and wanted and first day using all the products and so far so good! Also this Sephora is fully fully stocked, will keep going out of my way to come to this location!
