  I came in for a consultation for my lips and everyone was so kind and explained everything to me with no pressure and in language I can understand. I am definitely coming back. I already made an appointment for a facial! I highly recommend them.

  MD Esthetics is my new favorite place in the Berkshires! Being relatively new to the world of Esthetics and injectables, I was put right at ease by Nicole’s warmth during my first consult. The passion she has for what she does fills every room she enters; the joy she exudes for her clients- it’s like having a best friend in the room with you! I have been recommending MD Esthetics to everyone I know because truly, I have received more compliments on my skin than ever before after starting to see Nicole. Love love love this place!

  I recently visited MD Esthetics for dysport, and as a first-timer, I was honestly very nervous. I didn’t know what to expect and was worried it might be painful or that I wouldn’t like the results. From the moment I walked in, Alexis made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain the entire process in detail, carefully mapped out my face, and made sure I was comfortable with the placement and understood what we were trying to achieve. Before starting, we also discussed exactly how much would be used and what kind of results to expect. When it came time for the injections, it was much easier than I anticipated—just small pinches, nothing like I had built up in my head. Alexis was gentle, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process.It took a few days for the dysport to fully settle in, but the results are amazing. I absolutely love how everything turned out—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I was hoping for.I highly recommend Alexis at MD esthetics to anyone considering dysport, especially if you’re new and feeling nervous like I was!

I went in for my first consultation for laser hair removal, not really knowing what to expect, and I left feeling completely confident and excited to move forward. That’s entirely thanks to Nicole. From the moment I sat down, Nicole made me feel so comfortable. She took her time explaining the entire process — how laser hair removal works, what each session would feel like, how many treatments I’d likely need based on my specific situation, and what kind of results I could realistically expect. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. What stood out most was that she wasn’t pushy at all. She gave me honest information and let me make my own decisions. That kind of genuine, no-pressure approach is rare and so refreshing. The facility itself is stunning — clean, professional, and genuinely relaxing. The recovery room features a beautiful Himalayan sea salt wall that gives the space such a calming, spa-like atmosphere.
