- BCBianca CosmeMay 13, 20261.0If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Today I had the worst experience by this particular hairdresser. We wasn't even greeted, nor did we even get a chance to have service done. Because as soon as we walked through the door she was trash talking about us to the client whom she was cutting the hair at the time. Then, when I asked her to repeat herself, she tried to lie multiple times. When she clearly said awful comments about a teenager kid and did it while looking at us walking in the door. I have been to multiple salons.I tip very well.This woman didn't bother to even say hi or give us a chance to get service done. I immediately got mad told her about herself.And I left. She should not be working at a salon.If she cannot treat people and talk to people kindly. And with respect.. SO SHE RACIALLY PROFILED THIS CHILD AND WAS TALKING TRASH, AND WE HEARD IT, AND SHE GOT CAUGHT LYING.

Just a basic trim with some layer in the back and front and curtain bangs, could’ve done it better at home if I knew it would come like this. I went in with dry hair because I expected to wash it like u typically do at a salon but no it was broken.. ok that’s fine I thought but no it just gets worse. She started cutting, at first barely cutting anything then cutting big chucks off. It looked ok so I thought it was fine but when we got to my curtain bangs I asked for them past my chin to my collar bones. They were above my chin now I’m stuck with any ugly look haircut

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
