I had a great experience at this spa! Rose did an amazing job with my hair, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure I got exactly the look I wanted. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for Rose!

Omg, the experience was freaking amazing! This was my second time coming for a regular facial with Shayna, and the treatment both times was exactly the same—consistently perfect. I’ve had facials in Boston, LA, and San Francisco, but this one is by far the best. She is so gentle, takes excellent care of you, and truly listens to your skin concerns.

Got a long-awaited haircut and blow dry by Angelina and I’m really happy with how it turned out. She thinned out my hair exactly how I wanted, and it feels so much lighter now. I also got a conditioning treatment, which made a huge difference because my hair was pretty dry beforehand and now it feels a lot softer. She took her time during the appointment and paid attention to the details instead of rushing through it. Overall, I left feeling really satisfied with my hair and would definitely book with her again.
Amazing haircut and highlight service by stylist Rose! Super professional, friendly, and the color turned out beautiful. Couldn’t be happier!
The worst experience ever! I have long hair and asked for a light brown shade to match my natural color, but I ended up with pitch-black hair. They tried to claim it would lighten up, but it is way too dark. It turns out my stylist was a high school senior who was still in training. She constantly had to ask the owner which color formulas to use, and the owner never even bothered to look at my hair. After three and a half hours, I left with a terrible color, cut and blowout. To make matters worse, checkout was a nightmare. The total was $210. Even though I used a Groupon (i didnt pay attention to the fine prints) and paid the difference, charging that much for a student-in-training is ridiculous. Salons should disclose if a trainee or a professional is doing your hair when you book the appointment. To top it off, they charge a 3% credit/debit card fee to force people to pay cash. I have been to salons all over MA and have never been forced to pay a credit card processing fee. I am beyond unsatisfied and would never recommend this place to anyone.
