- EWElizabeth Walz5 days ago5.0My 5 year old daughter and I both got our ears pierced here a few weeks ago. Tianda and Alexa provided a tandem piercing on my daughter’s ears which was wonderful! While she wanted to get them done, she got nervous once we got there, but Tianda and Alexa were super patient with her and offered lots of encouragement. Once they were done she was so happy and has loved her earrings ever since. Tianda re-pierced my second hole using the needle technique and it was seamless. Both of us are healing great.

I’ve had difficult experiences with piercing placements in the past, so I was unsure about getting more. Tianda took the time to walk me through all my options and gave thoughtful recommendations based on what would work best for me, and not just what would make the most money. It was clear she genuinely wanted me to feel confident and happy with my decision. My previous experience at another Rowan location felt rushed, and unfortunately the placement there has limited my ability to get more piercings. This visit was completely different. I would absolutely drive the extra 30 minutes just to come to this location again.

They also helped my daughter choose her ear stack, and they were so patient and helpful in guiding her through all the options. All three professionals we worked with were warm, skilled, and genuinely made the whole experience fun. We left feeling excited and confident, and I would absolutely recommend Rowan to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable piercing experience!

The shop is incredibly clean, well-organized, and has a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. The piercing itself was quick, smooth, and much less stressful than I expected. The aftercare instructions were clear and helpful, too. I’ll definitely be back for all my piercing!
