And I can’t say I’ve met any other person that day that was as kind. His personality was light without feeling like it was forced, and he helped me find options for my friend who has very sensitive skin. He made some suggestions on a few bath bombs, which I grabbed, and a lotion that was dermatologically tested, which I believe is called the dream cream. Once I gathered my things to purchase, he helped me pick out a beautiful container to wrap the gift in! I am so in love with the experience and I’ve always enjoyed Lush in the now 10+ years that I’ve gone. But Ben made it feel even better and so did his coworker Shy. Shy was busy working with the store but still present in helping us when Ben asked for recommendations/assistance. I appreciate both of your help today. Thank you so much for being so kind!
