- GAGibran AshaiMay 12, 20261.0Let me preface this by saying I LOVE loccetaine, but the customer service at this location was HORRENDOUS. The salesperson was so rude to me and in a very condescending way asked if I had even ever bought anything from loccetaine. I can back a few days later as I had placed an order with her for the two face masks their store was getting, when I go to pick them up, she proceeds to get on the phone and complain about how I bought the last two masks and how she could have used them for Mother’s Day while I was very clearly in earshot. The customer service at the chestnut hill branch that I frequent is FAR superior.
