They'll constantly run out of the same color over and over bc they don't order enough even though they CONSTANTLY run out of the same color. If you get there right when they refill, you're good.....if you get there a week or two after, you're out of luck & it's ALWAYS been like this. Makes ZERO sense. You'd think they'd want to stock enough seeing as they always sell out of certain colors like Redkin Fashion Colors 6Rv & 6RR & Red intensifier, same with Kenra 6RV & 6RR & Red Booster. Constantly out! The girls try to help as much as they can, but they don't do the reorders, I asked. And I don't want to have to buy online, I want to walk in when I need it & know it'll be there & that's not the case. Luckily, there is another supply store in town now, though.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
