    I go out of my way just to go to the Dartmouth store because of how amazing the employees are... I don't know what I can say about Michelle besides the fact she's phenomenal. The customer service she provides is unheard of. From the second you open that door, she's greeting you and welcoming you in. Her demeanor is always so pleasant and over all the years I've shopped there Michelle and the staff have been nothing but amazing and some of the nicest people I have ever met. You have a question? Well Michelle is beyond educated about all of the products and companies that are carried in SC, so ask away. You have an issue? Michelle will take care of it and handle it the way it should be done. She's like a unicorn of customer service. You've heard about them. You think you might've seen one. But you sure do wish they were everywhere.

    I just left this store, and I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. One of the employees was extremely rude to my daughters, one of whom is a 2-year-old autistic child and the other is 6 years old. My youngest was running around the store while I was shopping, but she was not touching or damaging any products—she was simply playing with her sister. I was already trying to get her attention and keep her close to me. I don’t usually bring my children shopping with me, but today I had no other option. Instead of speaking to me respectfully, the employee yelled at my daughters in front of other customers, which was humiliating and extremely upsetting. My purchase would have taken only a few minutes, but I left everything behind and walked out without buying anything. I have never been treated so poorly in a business before.

    I was told I was called about a sale that was going on (I have a call log that’s says otherwise) and no voicemail. Since then the sale had ended. I completely forgot about it until I went in. I was asking about it and they wanted GASLIGHT me saying I was called, so. Usually they are pleasant but don’t act like I was called when I wasn’t. If they didn’t clearly lie, I wouldn’t be writing this. Disappointing, thumbed down, boo 👎 (I double checked my call log because I certainly could have been wrong, not wrong, clearly lied too) Also they offered to call me, I didn’t even ask to be called and like this is what happened I shouldn’t leave there feeling foolish because I was asking about something they offered to.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
