- SPSara PachecoApr 25, 20261.0I just left this Sephora location after standing at the register for about 20 minutes. There was only one employee, and while I understand being busy, she was chatting with another customer who clearly wasn’t ready to check out—asking multiple questions about foundations and lip glosses. Meanwhile, I had already been helped, approved a fragrance, and was ready to pay. I waited patiently, but my presence wasn’t even acknowledged. When I finally spoke up, the employee seemed annoyed and reluctantly checked me out, which made the experience even worse. Customer service should include basic acknowledgment and fairness, especially when someone is ready to purchase. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I won’t be returning.
- HMHolly MartinJan 4, 20255.0Ciera is amazing!! She is extremely professional and friendly as well as knowledgeable with all the various cosmetic lines the store carries!! She walked my mom and I through every product ensuring we got the perfect items, textures and shades for our own particular skin types and preferences , etc. She also has excellent knowledge about makeup application. Ciera is truly fabulous and was patient with all of our questions as well. We are thrilled with our numerous purchases and look forward to returning to this particular Sephora in the future!

It’s not even the money but if I spend a single dollar of mine on an item, I would like the packaging to be intact. This makes a very nice gift look soooo tacky. I’m annoyed about it because I was in a rush and I had no choice but to buy the item even though I’m genuinely embarrassed to gift this. It’s Gucci, like why would you think this is okay ? Why would you deem this acceptable? I wouldn’t come back and buy anything here JUST because of this.
