- ASAshley SilvaMar 28, 20265.0Just went there with my daughter. They were having an event where they put a free charm on a lip gloss if you purchase at the store which was super cute. Both girls who helped me were so nice!! Very happy with my visit there :)
- CJCarly JohnsonMar 9, 20261.0The ratio of employees to customers was something like 7 to 2, yet instead of being helpful, most of the employees were standing around talking on their walkies. It honestly sounded like they were talking about customers, which created a really uncomfortable atmosphere. On top of that, I felt like I was being followed around the store as if I was stealing rather than shopping. What made it even more disappointing was that after spending over $200, asking for samples felt like pulling teeth. It didn’t seem like anyone was interested in helping or providing the kind of service you would expect from a beauty store. I’ll continue going to the Sephora inside Kohl’s instead. The associate there is always incredibly kind, helpful, and consistently offers samples without making it awkward. The 300 lb girl ringing people out had a lot to say about customers through her walkie. I only went to the standalone Sephora because she mentioned they carry more products, but after this experience I’d honestly rather just go back to Kohl’s or order from Ulta. Overall, the environment felt very unwelcoming and gave off unwelcoming vibe, which is disappointing when you’re just trying to enjoy a shopping experience.
