  Amazing!!! Natra the manager was incredible. She had the chance to over charge and oversell me - my piercing I thought had closed up but with her expertise she realized it in fact hadn’t. And simply put in the jewelry for me. She made me feel at ease - and fully gained my trust as a client with her honesty and grace. Thank you!!!

  I never write reviews but i must for these kind people at Rowan at Market street. We came with my daughter and my grand daughter. It is my first granddaughter and i was more nervous than her mother but let me tell you Natra the manager walked us through all of the different options and aftercare before we even got pierced, helped us make a selection and she made a great suggestion about the diamonds, after the baby's first change we can get the diamonds cleaned and my daughter could wear her daughters first diamonds in her second holes, i couldnt of thought of a better idea!!! When i thought it wasn't going to get any better Nurse Kayla was so helpful and sweet with the piercing she went through aftercare again and made us feel like we were in the best hands, the rooms were so clean i loved that there were private rooms. Checking out we got a custom drawn certificate of bravery for my granddaughters baby book, I teared up a little. This was the best experience any one could of given us. I recommend any one who is nervous, first time or even for fun to come to Rowan at the Lynnfield market!!!!

  George pierced my daughter’s ears today, and he was absolutely amazing! He talked us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we both felt comfortable every step of the way. He took his time to get the placement just right instead of rushing, and his attention to detail really showed. He was the best!! We couldn’t be happier with the experience. The studio is beautiful and all the staff were so friendly. I highly recommend Rowan to anyone getting their ears pierced!

  The storefront experience can be a little stressful, with customers of all ages constantly coming and going. I also found the pricing for needle piercing jewelry to be quite high, and there were no discounts for getting multiple needle piercings like there was for device piercing, not a big deal. While I was waiting, the store felt hot and uncomfortable. Seating was limited to small wooden benches positioned directly in the front windows, and I wasn't offered water or access to a restroom during my wait. That said, the staff absolutely made the experience. The attendant at the front desk was incredibly sweet, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. My nurse, George, was fantastic. He made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process, and he offered me water as soon as I sat down, which I really appreciated. The piercings themselves, a flat and a mid-helix, were almost painless. One thing I did not like was that the aftercare solution had already been placed in a bag and included in my final price without being discussed first. I understand I could have asked to have it removed, but it felt like an assumed add-on rather than a choice. In the end, it probably saved me a trip to Walgreens, where I could have purchased something similar for a few dollars less. Overall, I had a good experience. I can definitely see the appeal for younger customers and for parents who may feel anxious about the piercing process. The professionalism and kindness of the staff are what make this location stand out. The store's comfort and atmosphere could use some improvement, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.

  Quick, easy, virtually painless! Nurse Noelle did my daughter's helix flawlessly. So clean, professional and personable! Shout out to the manager, Natra, as well who was super helpful when we walked in with questions beforehand. Great addition to the area and such a nice thing to feel comfortable with nurses piercing!
