She did everything she could to satisfy my concerns and make things right for me and my daughter - even when I got a bit impatient. Then, Nurse Jordyn did a fabulous job attending to my daughter’s and cleaning them for her. She was gentle and calm which made my daughter relaxed and happy. Before we left, Jordyn carefully and calmly explained exactly what we should do for optimal results. I walked out feeling very good about Rowan especially Natra and Jordyn. True professionals! Amazing ladies - Thank you!! Sheila and Seven.
- MBMichelle BurnsAug 16, 20261.0Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. The earrings were inserted too tight and they both kept going inside my daughters ears causing much pain. We kept having to push them out. Ultimately we went back to Rowan in Lynnfield and were told to go to Urgent Care to have them removed from being embedded in her ears. $485 later, back to closed up ears. Not even an apology. Thought Rowan would be the best. Nope.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
