While the staff were professional and the clinic itself was pleasant, I was disappointed with the type of laser machine used for the treatment. Having experienced laser hair removal at Lazer MD clinic with more advanced technology, I could clearly notice a difference in both comfort and overall treatment quality. I had hoped for a more modern and effective experience, especially given the standards in this industry today. I do think upgrading the equipment would make a significant difference for clients and greatly improve the overall experience. The amount of pain is insane and disappointing. Really unhappy.
