  My daughter got her Helix pierced and is so happy with it! The nurse was amazing and made my daughter feel very comfortable. I believe her name was Maddy. Would definitely go back to her!

  My 16yo was dealing with sudden irritation from an old piercing and looking up positive reviews brought me to Rowan. The manager Kathy assessed my daughter's situation and helped her pick an appropriate pair of earrings giving her tips to help her heal. Excellent customer service and would definitely return!

  **Very disappointed with our experience at Rowan Inc. Legacy Place in Dedham today** I brought my 5-year-old daughter for her ear piercing, and she was initially very excited. We arrived only about 3 minutes late, but the front desk staff immediately told us that their schedule was already set, which made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. I had received an email stating that being more than 10 minutes late would require rescheduling, so I explained that we were only 3 minutes late, and they eventually agreed to see us. When it was time for the piercing, my daughter became nervous and started crying—which I think is completely normal for a 5-year-old. Unfortunately, instead of giving her a little extra time to feel comfortable, the front desk staff repeatedly mentioned that they had another appointment and that they needed to close at 7. The whole situation felt very rushed. Because she was only 5 years old and clearly needed a little more time and reassurance, we decided not to proceed with the piercing. However, because the earring box had already been opened, I was still charged **$85**, even though the piercing was never performed. I then asked if I could keep the earrings and bring them back another day when my daughter was ready, but I was told that they could not use those earrings for a future piercing. For a business that offers ear piercing for young children, I expected a much more patient, welcoming, and kid-friendly experience. Unfortunately, that was not what we experienced today. I do want to mention that the nurse was very kind and did her best to comfort my daughter. I really appreciated her patience and kindness. If you are considering Rowan for your young child’s ear piercing, especially if your child may need a little extra time or reassurance, I would recommend thinking twice and asking about their policies and time expectations beforehand.

  Rowan was absolutely amazing. They were accommodating to my daughter who was very nervous. Nurse Ashley was phenomenal building trust and being patient with her. I can not recommend Rowan enough. Thank you for an amazing experience.
