- CRchantelle romero5 days ago5.0I had an emergency, the back piece to my earrings were engraved into my skin. I walked in to Rowan and Maria was able to remove them seem less and pain free! Please come see her if you have a similar situation! 10/10!

- KSKendra SheehanSep 22, 20265.0Walking in we were immediately greeted with such a warm welcome. Ashely was incredible- so personable and professional. The space and tools were clean. There was also a great selection of jewelry. I would recommend Rowan for anyone looking for their next piercing but specifically Ashley!
- SSSallySep 21, 20261.0Second lobes came out unsymmetrical. Just keep in mind the pricing for the piercing in the case was per stud not a pair. I was unaware of that and surprised when the final came out to $500. I simply asked to see the breakdown of the price politely and staff were judgmental and rude. At this point just go to a licensed piercer idk what’s the hype around nurses doing piercings.
- JKJenna KibbeeSep 11, 20264.0I have gone to Rowan twice now, I was so scared both times! The first time I had Amy she was so so kind and sweet and helped me pick something out and it was so nice and I had a good experience I was so excited to go back! The second time I had a different girl and the experience was not the same. I was noticeably nervous and felt as though I didn't get help and was just in and out of the chair. So that was disappointing. Definitely clean and quick and you don't need a reservation though! Both of my piercings healed nicely So it seems to be hit or miss about experience-depending on who you have and if they are empathetic enough to care
