  Went on Friday May 28th to get my 5 month old daughter’s ears pierced and was so nervous! I saw all the 5 star reviews but was still hesitant and scared about how it would go, not just for the piercing itself but the aftercare. Saw a lot of reviews mention a nurse named Maria so asked for her when we came in but she had left earlier and we were told we’d have Nurse Ashley with our babygirl. Nurse Ashley was so comforting and sweet- just her words of affirmation and her patience with both our babygirl and us as nervous parents, made such a difference! She made sure the piercing marks she drew for the piercings were just right before actually piercing them in (we got to take home the pen she used to mark her ears as a souvenir!). Front desk girl was also very sweet and helpful! They both let us ask as many questions as we wanted and reassured us and babygirl cried for only a few seconds but a bottle put her right to sleep and a little Tylenol before our appointment I think definitely helped. We got the aftercare spray and it’s been 3 weeks with no signs of infection or issues. I can definitely see why the hand device is used for infants vs a needle- babies just move so much and so suddenly, the hand device is definitely the quickest safest option. Only thing to note as you’re picking out earrings- if you choose ones with little studs or ‘diamonds’ they may snag easier on clothes. Did happen to our babygirl twice (once with a cardigan while she was laid on someone and 2nd time with her onesie when changing her) and was very nerve wracking so beware and maybe buy some that are more flat and not so likely to snag. Thanks Nurse Ashely for the great experience! Loved taking my babygirl home with her new little earrings and her certificate of bravery :)

  Maria Maria Maria!! She is that girl! I came in for a lobe piercing and ended up returning back the very next day with two other requests for two new piercings and with my mom for her to get a piercing because she did such a great job. I love my conch and my lobe piercings that she’s done for me. My mom also loves hers!! She’s very very diligent, very quick, precise and made the whole entire process easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be back for another piercing!!! ♥️

  My 6yo had her ears pierced today, and the nurse, Ashley, was so kind and helped her feel more relaxed. The process was quick and easy. The after care was clear, and we were sent home with written instructions too. Thank you!

  I had two conch piercings done today with Maria. It was the quickest piercing I’ve had done and no pain at all. I didn’t even realize that mid deep breath as she had advised, the needle was already in my ear; both times. I highly recommend getting your piercing done here and by Maria. Very good customer service and personable.
