- SHShengyang HAug 23, 20261.0Pretty disappointed with my experience at Sephora inside Kohl’s. I was shopping with my daughter, and one of the employees made the whole experience feel really uncomfortable. My daughter was just walking around and exploring like any toddler would, and I was right next to her the entire time. But this employee kept watching and following her around like she was going to break one of the testers. I understand wanting to keep an eye on the products, but there’s a way to do that without making a mom and her toddler feel like they’re doing something wrong just by being there. Also, this Sephora is inside Kohl’s. It’s a family department store. Kids are going to be around. If you work in that environment, you should expect parents to come in with their children and have a little patience with them. I usually enjoy shopping at Sephora, but this experience just felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. Definitely not how I want to feel when I’m just trying to shop with my daughter. Stop expecting little kids to act like adults. They’re going to explore, touch things, and be curious—it’s literally how they learn. I swear, some people’s dislike for kids is way too obvious.

Hearing her explain the different brands and purposes for the products I found interesting . They have some men’s products too like shaving stuff and so on .

Claudia was her name, was extremely helpful and I absolutely live the 2 different creams that I got. My skin feels so much better than it did, even if I still have wrinkles I'll use these creams forever!
