So kind, friendly, cheerful, and genuinely happy to help. They went above and beyond to help me beautifully wrap a gift, and I was incredibly grateful. Their positive energy was contagious, and they created such a welcoming, happy atmosphere. This is the kind of exceptional customer service that is becoming harder and harder to find these days! It’s rare to come across employees who genuinely seem to love what they do and make customers feel so appreciated. LUSH is incredibly lucky to have these three ladies representing their brand! Everyone had so much fun -- they got to make their own bubble baths, pick out their own face scrubs, and go home with lots of LUSH goodies. The store manager, Maren, could not have done a better job.
