    I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I made an appointment for an hour-long full face makeup application, thinking I could get some tips on what products are best for my skin tone and for a natural look for my upcoming wedding (since I’m planning on doing my own makeup). I’ve purchased Sephora products in the past and was always happy with them, so this seemed like a natural place to get some advice, and potentially to purchase some new products. The staff were extremely rude, claimed I’d made the wrong type of appointment for what I wanted, and refused to work with me even when I said I was willing to pay more and to use whatever time we had even if it was shorter than optimal. I used to like their products but I will not be returning, at least not to this branch.

    Not the taste at all the service I received the good employees except one that didn't gasp for the second and looked at me badly since I entered the store as if I was going to "steal" I had the things I was going to buy and at one point she arrived and told me that if she was going to buy or she was just going to steal it from me and then I told her that I was about to go pay but as she kept saying things I just gave her the things and left the store I find it outrageous that the employees treat customers like that (not all employees are rude and bad only one of them was mean if I I would remembered her name but I anger and I couldn't know her name.

    If I could give zero stars to the store I would do it some jobs are very good but others not and they see you as if you were "stealing" I didn't feel comfortable as he looked at me and then he approached me with a clear of disgust and told me that if he was going to buy that or he was going to "steal" it from me I got angry and left the things in his hands and left the store very bad service I would not buy at Sephora again. (if I remembered the name of the worker I would put it)

    The service was disappointing. I needed assistance and tried to speak with an employee, but she ignored me. After spending $350, I didn’t receive any gifts, loyalty points, or samples, which was very frustrating.

    My experience at the store today was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I went to the register to purchase a perfume sample set, and while the cashier was checking it, she asked another employee for help. Then another staff member came over, took the product from me without saying a single word, and walked away. I was left standing there, confused and shocked. If I hadn’t asked what was happening, no one would have explained anything. I was eventually told that the product is not yet available for sale and would be released in a few days. That is not the issue the problem is the complete lack of basic communication and respect. Taking an item from a customer without any explanation is unacceptable. A simple apology and a clear explanation should be the bare minimum. This experience felt rude and poorly handled, and it definitely changed my impression of the store.
