    I've never had this amazing of an experience at Sephora EVER. I moved here from California and have been to many Sephora locations across the country as I travel a lot. This location had the most helpful and friendly associates I have ever encountered. First, I called before going in and asking if they had three different shades of Haus labs I wanted to try before committing to a full bottle. They politely checked and gave me the option of ordering since one of the shades was not available to purchase. I went in and immediately was asked if I needed help and one associate walked me through her recs on highlighters and with makeup removers. Before leaving I decided I wanted a pink lipstick and a different associate walked through most of the products and swatched her hand w the different shades trying to help me the one I needed. I am beyond impressed at their level of attention as well as the diverse staff in the building. wish I could take this location back to California!!

    I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I made an appointment for an hour-long full face makeup application, thinking I could get some tips on what products are best for my skin tone and for a natural look for my upcoming wedding (since I’m planning on doing my own makeup). I’ve purchased Sephora products in the past and was always happy with them, so this seemed like a natural place to get some advice, and potentially to purchase some new products. The staff were extremely rude, claimed I’d made the wrong type of appointment for what I wanted, and refused to work with me even when I said I was willing to pay more and to use whatever time we had even if it was shorter than optimal. I used to like their products but I will not be returning, at least not to this branch.

    Not the taste at all the service I received the good employees except one that didn't gasp for the second and looked at me badly since I entered the store as if I was going to "steal" I had the things I was going to buy and at one point she arrived and told me that if she was going to buy or she was just going to steal it from me and then I told her that I was about to go pay but as she kept saying things I just gave her the things and left the store I find it outrageous that the employees treat customers like that (not all employees are rude and bad only one of them was mean if I I would remembered her name but I anger and I couldn't know her name.

    If I could give zero stars to the store I would do it some jobs are very good but others not and they see you as if you were "stealing" I didn't feel comfortable as he looked at me and then he approached me with a clear of disgust and told me that if he was going to buy that or he was going to "steal" it from me I got angry and left the things in his hands and left the store very bad service I would not buy at Sephora again. (if I remembered the name of the worker I would put it)

    The service was disappointing. I needed assistance and tried to speak with an employee, but she ignored me. After spending $350, I didn’t receive any gifts, loyalty points, or samples, which was very frustrating.
