Plenty of staff In a very busy store. The counter staff has 0 personality. No “hello how are you? Did you find everything you needed” xyz. Nothing.
It is a little harder to move thru with so many people and staff on a busy day.

I love Sephora and have always had great experiences, but I’m really upset about what happened last Sunday, 4/12, on my birthday.
I spent almost $700. At checkout they asked for my phone number, and my points were added to an account I don’t even have access to. The girl who assisted didn’t ask for an email or nothing. I went to another location today and was told the points never went through at all. I’m very disappointed and upset.
I lost all the birthday points from a very large purchase and it ruined a special day for me. I have my receipt and would appreciate if someone could locate the transaction and move the points to my correct account.

The employees were nice but at least 5 of them asked me if I needed help in span of 20 mins of me shopping there, I understand that it’s part of their job to ask, but it got really annoying. I don’t love the lay out of the store, feels cramped. But I did find a couple things. So not a bad experience just could be better.

Yesterday, I had one of the best experiences at your store. Saturn went above and beyond—he was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. His customer service skills are exceptional. I will absolutely come back and look for him again. I’m truly happy and satisfied with the recommendations he gave me for my hair.
