Nurse Kelly and Brett were THE most incredible staff — I ended up feeling light headed after my piercing and actually fainted. This was slightly embarrassing for me (!) but also super scary for my daughter; Kelly and Brett not only took care of me but also made sure she was safe and calm. So calm, in fact, that she still wanted to go through with her own piercing afterward! A true testament to their warmth and professionalism. Thank you both so much! The piercings themselves look so great and are healing nicely. We would absolutely come to Rowan again and would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

My only complaint is that is seems like a common problem to have staff call out - my originally booked date had to be rescheduled because of staffing issues, and then on the day of our appointments, Kelly said that 3 staff members called out.
