  I had my ears re-pierced after letting my previous piercings close up 15 years ago, and Jordan made the entire experience so comfortable. She was incredibly attentive, took the time to make sure I felt at ease, and was very knowledgeable throughout the process. Her attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Jordan is excellent at what she does, and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering a piercing!

  Disappointed in the whole experience. The woman who pierced my daughters ears is the only reason for the 2 stars. The girl at the desk is not friendly. Seems annoyed having to even speak. I was told my daughter has thick earlobes and made to go up to the more expensive earrings. I was charged without even asking for aftercare spray which you can get anywhere online for about $4 vs their $20. It shouldn't cost $180 to get an 8yr olds ears pierced. I really question if the women are actually nurses too. There's nothing anywhere that shows certificates and these girls seem young but I could be wrong. The woman that pierced my daughters ears was friendly and made it a fun experience. Which is why I tipped her. Again with the forced tipping when you check out though. I have not been able to get my daughters earrings out although they are ready to be changed because they are on so tight which meant another trip to the store. I emailed ahead of time to ask if they could help and the person over email said come on in any time and no charge to help get the earrings out. We go today and the same front desk girl says they can't change the earrings unless I buy theirs! I said again how I emailed ahead and asked and they said they could and she finally said they could take them out but not help put new ones in. How outrageous is that? Lol actually makes me laugh because it's so clear it's all about money. They wanted me to buy their earrings.. again. Like they would rather let my daughter walk out of the store without earrings in than put earrings in. So i just did it myself on a bench in the mall. A girl did help get them out but again the desk girl just seemed annoyed that we were even there. Especially where they weren't getting any money off me this time. Just not what I wanted for my daughters first experience with something like this. I will not be back. I wouldn't recommend.

  I had such a great experience on separate occasions with Michelle and Kayla, two trainees who were absolutely amazing! They both took the time to make me feel comfortable, thoroughly explained the piercing process and aftercare, and even offered helpful suggestions on placement. I couldn’t recommend a better place to get your ears pierced!
