- ATAline TDec 20, 20222.0Loccitane's lack of modern technology for tracking purchases penalizes honest customers and rewards dishonest customers. This applies to both in store and online purchases. They don't offer a system for looking up purchase history using the card you paid with, and can't look up online orders with an email confirmation & order number. It is quite surprising for a retailer of this size. Additionally, the staff at Burlington should realize that a simple apology or understanding approach can go a long way with an unhappy customer.
